Payment Terms

PURCHASE INFORMATION & USER TERMS:

1. Product Usage Acknowledgment: By purchasing the eMedica Medical & Wellness Device, you affirm your full consent, understanding, and prior consultation with an eMedica doctor regarding the device's application for your specific condition.

2. Result Expectations: You acknowledge that the eMedica device generates results based on your current lifestyle and the chronicity of the disease. Individual results may vary in duration and efficacy.

3. Cooperation & Monitoring: You agree to cooperate with our team's guidance and consent to regular progress monitoring for at least 30-45 days initially to ensure optimal use of the device and track improvements.

4. Payment Terms:

 Payment Methods:* We accept Debit and Credit Cards issued by any bank (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, and Virtual Cards are not accepted.

  Pricing & Currency: The device cost is Rs. 2,50,000 (excluding Bank Transaction Fees, inclusive of GST). A 2% bank transaction fee applies to the total billing amount. Additionally, a Handling Charge by our Local Partner may be levied during the sale. Payments are accepted in Indian Currency only. Shipping within India is free, while international shipping may incur extra charges. Customization requests for the device version will include an additional charge of Rs. 10,000 per Disease.

 Order Placement & Dispatch:* Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt. An order confirmation message will be sent to your provided Mobile Number & Email ID.

 Refunds & Cancellations: In the event of a device return for a refund:
 Customer need to Contact the Seller or Official Customer Service (Proving the company with the Seller's Reference) within 7 days and Initiate the return within 7 days without any damage (externally & internally).
 Need to submit a Written Request for device return after informing the Seller or the Customer Service.
 If the device is bought from the Local Selling Partner, the device needs to be sent to Local Seller Address. The device will be sent for an inspection, which may take 3-4 working days.
A refund, minus 18% (transaction tax and handling charges) of the total bill amount, will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the device. No refunds are applicable if not contacted within initial 7 days.

5. Liability Limitation:
Company Liability: Our liability is limited in cases of losses or damages stemming from payment gateway use or payment processing errors.

Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues related to third-party services involved in the payment process (e.g., banks, payment processors, etc.).

Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or government actions.

Exclusion of Damages: We explicitly exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages linked to payments, including lost profits or business disruption.

User Responsibility: You agree to safeguard your payment information, acknowledging that any losses due to negligence or failure to secure your accounts are not the company’s liability.
