WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing our eMedica Device. We value your trust and would like to provide you with important information regarding our warranty terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully:

eMedica Device Warranty:

  • This warranty card provides a 2-year warranty on the eMedica Device.
  • The warranty is applicable only if the warranty card is presented and online registration is completed.
  • The warranty card must be signed and stamped by the Authorized Distributor/Company.
  • The warranty is valid between the start date and the end date specified.
  • The start date should not exceed more than 5 days from the purchase date.
  • In the event of a faulty machine, the customer is responsible for delivering or bringing the device to the designated service center or branch office for repair.
  • After the repair is completed, the customer can either collect the device from the branch office or arrange for a courier to pick it up from the service center.
  • The repair process may take approximately 4-7 working days.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hand bands & Power Adaptor Warranty:

  • The accessories (Hand bands & Power Adaptor) come with a warranty period of 6 months.
  • The warranty is applicable only if the warranty card is presented and is signed & stamped by the Authorized Distributor/Company.
  • The warranty is valid for six months from the date of purchase or the warranty start date, whichever is later.
  • In case of a faulty accessory, the customer is responsible for delivering or bringing the item to the designated local branch office for repair or replacement. The customer can collect a fresh replacement piece from the center/local branch upon completion of the repair process.
  • Please ensure that you carefully review and understand these terms and conditions. They may be subject to change, and it is advisable to periodically check for any updates.

Warranty Exclusions: Clearly list any circumstances or conditions that may void the warranty, such as unauthorized repairs or modifications, misuse or abuse of the device, or failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
Dispute Resolution: Specify the mechanism for resolving any disputes related to the warranty, such as mandatory arbitration or mediation, and indicate the applicable jurisdiction or governing law.
Severability: Include a clause stating that if any provision of the warranty card is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Non-Transferability: State whether the warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the device or if it is only applicable to the original purchaser.
Governing Law: Specify the jurisdiction and governing law that will apply to the warranty, which may differ depending on the country or region.
Limitation of Liability: Include a clause that limits the liability of the manufacturer or company for any damages or losses arising from the use of the medical device, except as required by applicable law.
Disclaimer: Include a general disclaimer stating that the warranty card does not affect the consumer's statutory rights and that additional rights may be available under applicable laws.
Amendments: Reserve the right to amend or modify the terms of the warranty card, and state that any changes will be communicated to the customers through appropriate channels.
